A little about the Attorney.....I was admitted to the State Bar of California in 1995. Since then I have been working as a sole practitioner, focusing in Wills and Trusts, Intellectual Property, Business, Commercial and Corporate Law. I also do civil litigation if that need should ever arise. I live in Los Angeles with my beautiful wife, Andrea, daughters Rachael and Cameron, as well as my sons Matthew and Richard. I have recently been published in MacTech Magazine, a technical journal for Macintosh Programmers and Developers. The article discusses the importance of obtaining trademark protection and how to register for Federal trademark protection. Even though the article is based around computer programs, the basic concepts are pertinent to anyone interested in getting trademark protection. You should be able to access my article here.
