Wills and Trusts

Drafting of Trusts- Just like with Wills, Trusts come in numerous variations, again based on the needs of the individual. I will help you sort through the issues that are important to you so we can create a Trust that works for you and your family.

Other documents- Documents such as Durable Power of Attorney for Health Matters, Powers of Attorney for other needs, as well as separate property agreements, just to name a few.

Tax issues- Another reason for a Will and Trust is to avoid or reduce the payments of estate taxes that are involved in maintaining an estate. We will discuss the options involved here in order for you to reduce your tax liability.
